45 minute Yoga sequence for daily practice with options for 5,10 & 15 minute savasanas
10 minute interview with Anna Ashby in which she explores the philosophy behind the practice of Yoga
15 minute guided meditation session

19 key poses presented in full interactive 3D allowing complete 360 degree rotation and clarity as well as zoom in and out capabilities. Key alignment points explained via audio and 3D visual guides for each pose. Over 1.5 hours of audio instruction in total.
